9AM-3PM or 4PM-10PM - (Up to 6) 60" Round Tables, (Up to 7) 6ft Rectangular Tables, (Up to 3) 32" Cocktail Tables, Free parking, ceiling and natural lighting all included. Outside catering welcomed. Free tables, chairs and WIFI. **Military and senior citizen (over 65) discount. - person booking the party. Less than 72-hour notice bookings - $100 additional convenience charge.
4-hour event venue minimum required (free 1 hour set-up and 1 hour breakdown) - 6 hours total $550-650. 12 hour (All Day) $1100-$1300

Other event venue items available upon request for an additional cost such as Bluetooth standing speaker tower $75/day, (5) custom round black and gold tablecloths $150/day, (5) round black tablecloths $100/day (40) black chair covers $80/day etc. HALF is required to reserve/secure your event date. ** Extra hour Ste D - $150/hr, Ste E - $125/hr. Whole day and holidays are double the price. Catering room (additional food space) in Ste D is an additional $75. Cleaning fee $75.
