Pricing
7 Days a Week
(Up to 6) 60" Round Tables and 6ft Rectangular Tables, (Up to 3) 32" Cocktail Tables, Free parking, ceiling and natural lighting all included. Outside catering and vendors welcomed. Free tables, chairs and WIFI. **Military and senior citizen (over 65) discount. - person booking the party. Less than 72-hour notice bookings - $100 additional convenience charge.
Monday-Thursday
Banquets, conferences, repasses, business meetings, trainings and events at discounted rates
Friday, Saturday and Sunday
4-hour event venue minimum required (free 1 hour set-up and 1 hour breakdown) - 6 hours total $550 (STE E) & $650 (STE D). All Day Double.

Other event venue items available upon request for an additional cost such as Bluetooth standing speaker tower $75/day, 150" Projector Stand $75/day, 10x7ft Backdrop stand $50/day, (4) custom round black and gold tablecloths $125/day, (5) round black tablecloths $100/day, (50) black chair covers $80/day etc. HALF is required to reserve/secure your event date (non-refundable). ** Extra hour - $125/hr. Whole day and holidays are double the price. Cleaning fee $75. Your date is NOT secured until your non-refundable deposit is received.
